January and mine is tooooooooooooooooooooo slow even I hardly reset it
actually Qmobile's service center reinstalled its rom tooo and also on
compass it says NO MAGNATIC DEVICE DETECTED and it's free ram space is
40 mb always even on hard reset too but on my friends A10 that;s free
ram was 250 mb something. Hope you understood and Answer meThanks is Advance
W.Salam
ReplyDelete1: After you install this pre-rooted ROM, there is no way of un-rooting except flashing an un-rooted rom.
2: It has no fault up till now.
3: As for your ram consumption problem, you must have installed too many un-necessary apps that keep running in background and consume RAM and battery, both.
No you can't unroot
ReplyDeleteW-Salam
ReplyDelete1: After installing this pre-rooted ROM, you won't be able to un-root. For un-rooted JB ROM, you will have to flash un-rooted rom.
2: No It has no faults known so far.
3: As for slow device, you must have installed too many un-necessary apps that consume and battery both by running in the background.
It's okay I want without root and also can you tell me the rooting procedure of this one you are talking that is dangerous. Thanks
ReplyDeleteWhich one you prefer should I install JMP JB or Stock JB? and when the jelly bean update from Qmobile will come to A10 Thanks
Rooting is to be done by SP Flash tools but before that you must have un-rooted ROM.
ReplyDelete2: JMP and Stock Both are perfect but JMP has more features than that of Stock... So decision is yours.
3: JMP is a person in India who made ROM for Micromax A110. Jiggar M. Pattani is his name.
Thanks for Reply
ReplyDeleteIs there anyway to backup the unrooted stock rom??
If I restore the rooted stock rom then can I unroot that?
If you can provide me unrooted stock JB rom then please.
1: No, there is no way to backup un-rooted rom.
ReplyDelete2: That depends on whether you install ICS or JB, I think if u flash stock ICS, there may be a chance of un-rooting but with JB, no way.
3: If u flash this ROM, boot logo or boot animation won't change to micromax only if u already have Qmobile boot logo and information.
4: If u are going to Flash JMP, don't worry just follow the procedure to the line, and you won't be having any problems... And YES this ROM is tested by me myself..
5: So don't worry to flash cause if u face any problem I am here to help.

ReplyDeleteSuppose I rooted my A10 and Installed CWM Recovery then can I unroot the stock Rom with CWM recovery installed to backup the stock unrooted rom???
1: Try it this way, power off the device and then keep pressing all three buttons (Vol UP + Vol DOWN + Power) untill a screen appears with Recovery Mode on Number 1. Then just press Vol UP to get into CWM.

AoA,
ReplyDeletei have 2 questions before installing:
1. Are both Sims working in this rom?? (in some roms sim no. 2 not works)
2. What's the maximum battery time?
Dear Brother, I followed the instructions in the post and successfully installed jelly bean. every thing else is fine except wifi signals, they keep dropping. Can you please suggest a fix / solution.

ReplyDelete(Remove space before and after dot "." in the link to make it work)
Here you go. Link has also been updated in the post. Do give feedback.
Thanks Ali , I am downloading it right away. Just curious do you happen to have a copy of stock ICS ROM ( pre-rooted or unrooted both are ok ) of qa8 ( preferably the one flashable with sp tool. it was there online for quite sometime but can`t find it anymore.
ReplyDeleteI will try my best to provide you with A8 ICS Stock and method to install Stock Recovery and un-root. Just like Factory Pack.
ReplyDeleteThank you Ali , I appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteMy battery is not charging when phone is turned off. i am using this rom right now.
ReplyDeletePleasure is mine! Anything else I could do for you?
ReplyDeletewww . labandroid . com/qmobile/noir-a8/2012/12/noir-a8-stock-rom-prerooted/
ReplyDeleteJust download and Install Stock ICS from link given above (Procedure is also included in the link)
After installing the ROM, You have to install Stock Recovery and Un-Root the device.
1: Download the Stock Recovery From the link and rename it to "recovery.img" (without Quotes).
Recovery Link : d-h . st/dm6
2: Place it to root of Sd-card and install MobileUncle MTK Tools from the Play Store.
3: Install the recovery.img by going to MobileUncle App and selecting Recovery Update and then selecting the recovery.img file on the very top.
4: It will ask your confirmation. Confirm it. If installing it first time does not work, try it again. It will work! (Remember you must have root to do all this)
Now to Un-root,
1: Just open SuperSU app and click Settings.
2: Scroll down and in the section "CLEANUP" select "Full unroot".
3: It will un-root the device and just reboot it once, your device will be un-rooted with Stock Recovery installed on it.
Thank you so much Ali, for taking so much pains and spending your time to look for this ROM for me. Can you find the one which is pre rooted and can be flashed with SP Flash tool ?
ReplyDeleteOne small feedback about your JMP rom , everytime I open settings it crashes after a little while .
I haven't much experience in Flashing with SP Flash Tools.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the reason that you want to flash ROM with SP Flash tool??
CWM flashing is quite good. Tell me your reason to flash through SPFT.
As for JMP, are you using on A8 or A10. A8's Developer is Saad Usmani. Ask him around. As for A10, I don't remeber any crashes. For your information, I don't own A10 anymore. I have A20 now. So answering for problems in ROMs (made for A10 or A8) would be difficult as I don't own any of them except A20.
Thanks for the tips Ali , I want ICS stock ROM for A 8 SP Flashable because the new A8 come with JB ROM and it has been like chewing steel nails to root it , the stock ROM with JB coming on new phones is impossible to root , all the methods I tried given online failed so I plan to flash it with stock ICS ROM through SP tool ( CWM ICS rom can not be flashed till the fone is rooted ) and once I have ICS ROM I can easily root it and install CWM on it as well . Kind of long route to solve the issue.
ReplyDeleteAs far as the JMP issue, I am using it on A10 and that minor crash is not of any big concern. I own A8,A10 & A20 , I will check your A20 ROMS as well Insha allah
I would try my best to make a backup to be flashed through SP Flash tool. But I don't know the procedure of using SPFT. Anyways you'll have your backup files. Uploading them would be a problem. They are quite big in size.
ReplyDeletethrow them into your dropbox i will leech them
ReplyDeletehey bro for qmobile a10 which method i will choose i cant understand for jellybean !
ReplyDeleteit doesnot work mobileuncle say root required!
ReplyDeleteYou should try Framaroot app to root and add su binaries and install supersu app.
ReplyDeleteHere is the link
http://d-h . st/edT
After installing the app, Just click on Install SuperSU and then on Boromir.... If it shows success, then just reboot. If it force closes at first, don't worry open app again, then click on Boromir.
Thank you Ali for the tip , I will try it as well. I have some good news , I finally not only dug out the SP Flashable Stock ICS ROM for Q Mobile A8 from my computer`s treasure load but also discovered the alternate method (non root to recovery method ) to root both A10 & A8 with JB , have all the files too. One minor glitch I am unable to fix is since I was running stock ROM rom Micromax A110 on my A10 so whenever i turn on fone it shows logo for canvas 2 for a moment then shows the rest of q mobile noir logo . how to get rid of MMX Canvas 2 logo?
ReplyDeleteRegards,
In the ROM (Micromax A110's ROM that you have flased) There will be a file "logo.bin", in the the root directory, send it to me, I'll return your QMobile Logo back to you...
ReplyDeleteSure Ali , I will upload them to 4share and put a link here. im in the middle of fixing both my A10 and my windows 8 which crashed last night , thanks to my dual boot arch linux that I could still use my lappy. I am afraid I wont be able to send you MMX A110 logo.bin file since now Im on your Stock JB ROM. I am looking for this file in my current ROM , may be I can replace/place it if I can find one on google
ReplyDeleteNo you just have to pull it out from the zip file that you downloaded to be flashed.
ReplyDeleteHere you go Ali
ReplyDeletehttp://d-h.st/axj
http://d-h . st/1g4
ReplyDeleteJust flash it with CWM, without wiping anything. Just install this zip and reboot
Thanks alot Ali , worked like a charm .Just noticed some new files on your De-Host page , all look interesting so I am leeching them as well , my laptop is loaded with all kind of files and you never know which one might be handy anytime :)
ReplyDeleteYup mine too
ReplyDeleteAli, what do you say about this link? do you think is it really JB 4.1.2 or only 4.1.1?
ReplyDeletehttp://www.androidrooting.com/get-jelly-bean-4-1-2-for-micromax-a110-canvas-2/
