The newly launched HTC Desire 616 is a 3G enabled dual sim phone with 5"inch of 720p HD Screen at a resolution of 1280*720 pixels. HTC Desire 616 equips a MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor clocked at 1.4Ghz with Mali 450-MP4 GPU, Coupled with 1GB of Ram and 4GB of Internal memory which canbe expanded using the micro SD card.HTC Desire 616 has a 8MP of rear-facing camera which is capable of recording 1080P videos and 2MP of front facing camera.The phone runs on Android JellyBean 4.2.2 with Sense UI and has 2000mAh battery on the back.
Looking at the connectivity the phone supports 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with a-GPS.The phone is 9.15mm thick and weighs only 150g.

Looking at the Negative point Desire 616 will never get any update even mediatek is now being used by sony and now HTC but still we hope for no update.
