Recently Samsung officialy announced that there will be no update for the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung Galaxy s3 mini that was a blow for Galaxy S3 and mini user's.Galaxy S3 mini is the downgraded version of Galaxy S3 with 1 GHz Dual-Core Cortex-A9 processor, Mali-400 GPU and a 4-inch super-amoled screen.
But what we do when the manufactures officaily tell you that we aren't gonna give you any more updates because we have a new line of phones and we have to make them successful even if we have to acquire cheap tactics. • Root you phone and install CWM Recovery from Here
• Download Rom From Here
• Download Gapps From Here

Installing Kitkat on Samsung Galaxy S3 mini

• Put the Rom and Gapps into the root of you folder
• Switch off you device
• Press the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons altogether to go into the CWM recovery
• Go to Wipe data/factory reset and select Yes – Wipe all user data.
• Go to mounts and storage and tap on format /system and select Yes – format.
• Go to Install zip > Choose zip from sdcard and select the ROM zip file.
• When prompted, select Yes to start the flashing process. It will merely take a minute.
• Following step 6, flash the GApps zip too.
• When everything has been installed, tap on Reboot System Now.
