Samsung flagship and HTC flagship "Which is Better"

   Two big companies Samsung and HTC have released their best smartphones.Samsung got Galaxy SIV while HTC got their one the HTC One.These both devices are great but the question is that which one is better?

   Samsung had a great sale last year but HTC struggled in the last quater even that HTC had their One X+ but we have to say that GSIII ruled the android market.HTC sale is falling continuously in the American and European markets which are being ruled by Apple and Samsung.HTC One is a try by HTC to regain their sales in the Europe ant USA.Samsung had great time with GSIII but they also had pressure to create a device which retain the Galaxy S series position on the top of the android world.

   It was a quick overview of both companies now lets come to the comparison.

   The both devices are of same height but the difference is in thickness GSIV is ahead of HTC One and is 18% thinner than HTC One.

    Now going to the processor GSIV has two versions first is packed with 1.6GHz Octa Core Exynos and second is packed with Qualcomm 600 Quad core 1.9GHz while HTC One has same processor Qualcomm 600 but has frequency 1.7Ghz which is lesser than GSIV Qualcomm version.


                                                                         Now get to the built quality built quality.Samsung GSIV again got the plastic but the HTC One came with full aluminum body.HTC has an advantage over GSIV having it's aluminum body.HTC also criticised Samsung for remaining with plastic.   

The GSIV is 10% lighter than HTC One and it is the plastic which makes GSIV lighter than aluminum made HTC One.HTC One weighs 143g and GSIV weighs 130g so plastic has an advantage here.



Getting to the screen GSIV got a 5 inch Super AMOLED HD screen while the HTC One has 4.7 inch LCD 3 screen.The resolution of HTC One is much better than GSIV.GSIV has 441ppi while HTC One has 468ppi.

Lets bring storage now.GSIV got three versions of internal storage i.e 16GB,32GB,64GB and HTC One came with two versions having 32GB and 64GB but the major disadvantage of HTC One is that it does not support SD card but GSIV supports.I dont know why HTC are not supporting SD cards it looks insane.

Getting to the camera GSIV got a rear 13MP shooter and HTC One got a 4MP shooter SHOCKED a 4MP shooter???Actually HTC have applied a new technology called ultrapixel in HTC One which roughly means that HTC One has 4MP but the pixels are much bigger than normal.Front camera of GSIV is 2MP and HTC One has 2.1MP front facing camera.
                   
   Both devices have 2GB RAM.
  The battery of GSIV is 2600 mAh and HTC One has 2300 mAh so in battery GSIV is above One.
  Now coming to the software GSIV is packed with latest android version 4.2.2 and TouchWiz User Interface while HTC One comes with android 4.1.2 and sense UI.
  Both devices support LTE.
    Now we can conclude that none of the both devices have prominent edge over the other if GSIV is good in one thing then HTC One is better in other so both devices are good.Now lets wait and see which one impresses the consumers.
   If we look back in past Samsung has always been above HTC in big markets.
